A spreadsheet of hypotheses + failure modes becomes a cohort of ideas. Header row required: title, hypothesis, description, domain, modes, model — modes is ';'-separated legal axes. The human gates stay: each row's breakage thesis is signed here, one click per row, and runs still pass the cost card.
